If Auderli Limited is sold or transfers its assets to another party, your personal data could be one of the transferred assets. We will keep your personal data for as long as we have a contract with your organisation and then for a further 6 years in accordance with HMRC guidelines. If you remain part of our active marketing list, we will keep your personal data until you opt out. At that point we will use a suppression list to ensure that we don’t contact you in error.

I am an Auderli customer
You may have found our App because of advertising, social media, perhaps you were recommended it by one of our business partners or perhaps you were invited to use Auderli by a family member or friend. However you came across us, we want you to know how we process your personal data and keep it safe.
We will process your name and contact details so that we can fulfil our contract to you and answer any enquires you may have. We will also process financial details about yourself to enable payment for our service.
When you sign up and become an Auderli user, we only request your name and email address to create your account. This is so that we can fulfil our contract to you. All the other information you choose to add on the app will be with your consent. This data is only accessible to you and the people you choose to share/connect with (collaborators), and not by Auderli employees or third parties.
This includes:
Profile information, such as dob, UTR Number, NI Number, Nationality, Tax details.
Asset information, such as property and businesses.
Legacy information, such as wills and power of attorney.
Information you write in free text boxes is also confidential to you and not accessed by Auderli employees or third parties.
