Auderli Limited, whose registered address is Stanford Gate, South Road, Brighton, BN1 6SB have created this Privacy Notice to offer transparency and clarity about what personal data we process and how we use your personal data when you are a user of Auderli, are a collaborator, invited by one of our users, or you are browsing our website. We are registered with the ICO ZB130504 and we are Cyber Essentials certified.

We are a Data Controller when we deal with our own clients (users), collaborators, or website users’ data. This means that we take responsibility and great care for the personal data we process about you. We also work with professional partners who are also Data Controllers in their own right.

Our website is not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.

2. What are your rights?

You have several rights which you can access free of charge. In certain circumstances we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee if your requests are unfounded or excessive.

3. How can you submit a query or a complaint?

We are always happy to answer your queries regarding privacy. Please contact us at support@auderli.com.

If you have a complaint, please get in touch with us so that we can resolve any concerns. You also have a right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioners Office if you believe your personal data has been processed in a way which does not comply with Data Protection Legislation. 4. More information about our organisation and this privacy notice.

If Auderli Limited is sold or transfers its assets to another party, your personal data could be one of the transferred assets. If your personal data is transferred it will remain subject to this Privacy Notice. Your personal data will be passed onto a successor in the event of a liquidation or administration. We will contact you in advance to let you know about any changes.

We use Facebook, X, Instagram and Linkedin. We sometimes use paid advertising on these platforms, but we will only use custom audiences with your consent. You can find a link to this privacy notice on our Facebook page in the ‘About’ section.

So that we can provide a service to you need to process some of your personal data, we make sure that we only collect what we need. We also use Microsoft 365 to ensure that we run our business efficiently.
We also have a partnership network of professionals on our website who you may like to get in contact with. We do not share your personal data with them, and if you choose to visit their websites, you will be subject to their terms and privacy information.

We ensure that our systems are robust, and we will only share your data with organisations who have appropriate safeguarding mechanisms in place such as Standard Contractual Clauses. We have Data Processing Agreements with our Data Processors and never sell personal data to third parties.

How do we communicate with you?

Non-Marketing Communications:  We will send you service messages, invoices, answers to enquiries and other communications to ensure that we deliver the services your organisation has engaged us for.
Marketing Communications: We will collect your name and contact details so that we can send you emails regarding other services we offer as well as content marketing we hope you will find useful.  We use our legitimate interest to send you marketing messages unless you have opted out.  You are welcome to unsubscribe at any time.

How long do we keep your personal data for?

We will keep your personal data for as long as we have a contract with your organisation and then for a further 6 years in accordance with HMRC guidelines. If you remain part of our active marketing list, we will keep your personal data until you opt out.  At that point we will use a suppression list to ensure that we don’t contact you in error.

We share your personal data with various organisations so we can fulfil our contract with your organisation to help us run our business and to fulfil our legal obligations.  We only share your personal data where necessary or required by law.

I am an Auderli user

You may have found our App because of advertising, social media, perhaps you were recommended it by one of our business partners or perhaps you were invited to use Auderli by a family member or friend.  However you came across us, we want you to know how we process your personal data and keep it safe.
We will process your name and contact details so that we can fulfil our contract to you and answer any enquires you may have.  We will also process financial details about yourself to enable payment for our service.  

When you sign up and become an Auderli user, we only request your name and email address to create your account. This is so that we can fulfil our contract to you. All the other information you choose to add on the app will be with your consent. This data is only accessible to you and the people you choose to share/connect with (collaborators), and not by Auderli employees or third parties.

When you register with us and become a user of Auderli, you can provide optional information such as your National Insurance Number, UTR Number, details about your tax status and date of birth.  Within each section of Auderli there is a free text box where you can record any additional information you wish. Optional data is not accessible by Auderli employees or third parties as this is stored purely in your account, however, we do not recommend you use the free text box for recording security information.

We keep records of your registration and subscriptions so that we can manage and plan our business effectively.  Keeping records such as this is in our legitimate interest as a business, and we make sure that none of this affects your individual rights.

Marketing Communications: If you selected to receive marketing material when you registered on Auderli, we will send you emails regarding other services we offer as well as content marketing we hope you will find useful.  We use the lawful basis of legitimate interest to send you these marketing messages, however, you are welcome to unsubscribe at any time.

How long do we keep your personal data for?

We will keep your personal data for as long as we have a contract with you and then for a further 6 years in accordance with HMRC guidelines. Perhaps a family member or a friend has invited you to be a collaborator with them on the Auderli app.  We want you to know how we process your personal data and keep it safe.
If you agree to be a collaborator of an existing Auderli customer, we will process your name and email address so that you can access the Auderli app.
