Security: An optional extra layer - Multi-factor Authentication

Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) put simply is adding another layer of security. It requires two or more verification factors to gain access to something secure online (like banking or Auderli!). We’ve added MFA as an optional extra at Auderli.

As a minimum, the Auderli app will require you to input your email address each time you log in and the system will generate a random passcode that will be emailed to you. Once you’ve entered this into the Auderli app you’re all ready to go.

Verifying your identity using a passcode app

Should you wish to add another level of security, you just need to let us know. We’ll send you an email containing instructions for you to follow. You will be directed to an authentication app that you can download and use as your second form of authentication when logging into Auderli each time. You can keep using the authentication app that will provide you another code to enter each time to confirm it’s you.

If you would like to add Multi-factor Authentication to your account, please email support@auderli.com from the email address you registered with us and we’ll send you an email with all the details.

Please note: Should you wish to cancel it at any time you can do this easily by emailing us again. Very soon this will be an option in your account settings so you can turn it on and off yourself as you wish.
