Inviting clients to Auderli

If you want to add your clients one by one then you can choose to invite clients individually from your dashboard. We simply ask for their name and email address and Auderli will send the invitation.

When clients receive the invite, they might benefit from some added context about how you intend to use Auderli with them. You can personalise your invitation from the dashboard, which highlights it's from you.

If you have lots of clients and want to create a bulk invite - no problem. You can upload a CSV of client records and we will do the rest. Find out more about Importing clients into Auderli

The default method of invitation is that we send the invitation for you. You can add a personal message and the client will receive an email from Auderli inviting them to connect with your organisation. When it comes to accepting the invitation the client will need to sign up to Auderli with the email address you have provided. Once accepted, clients will be able to access all the benefits of Auderli and collaborate with your organisation.

Alternatively, you can send a personal invitation link directly to your clients. The invitation link can be copied from your dashboard into your own communication channel of preference. e.g. Email, WhatsApp. This provides an even more personal experience. Once copied, simply paste the invitation link when communicating with your client. Invites are personal to clients, and cannot be used with any other email address.

Clients who you have invited will be shown on your client Pending list and ordered by date. If you want to re-send an invite you have a couple of options.

1. Re-send an invitation: This will send an invitation from Auderli
2. Copy their personal invitation link: As per the above, you can copy a personal invitation link which can be pasted into an email or channel of your choice.
